That's the idea behind Estimat3. We're building an app that reads your drawing pack or invitation to tender, measures the quantities, links them to the right specifications and gives you a priced tender you can edit.

What we're building

From a pile of drawings to a costed bid.

Read the tender

Take in the drawings, schedules and documents of a tender, and sort every page by what it is: scope, plan, schedule or programme.

Measure the plans

Turn a plan into clear layers, one per cable type or containment run, and measure each one against a scale you set.

Link quantities to specs

Match every measured length to the cable type and specification it belongs to, which is where hand estimates most often go wrong.

Plan the labour

Work out install hours from the quantities, then size the crew and the budget to fit the programme.

    Check the measured layers and schedules, and confirm what was read.

  3. Price

    Add your hours, rates and contingency, then export a priced tender you can edit.
